OK - not fish as in Cod - but our Fish hair products - or in fact any waxes or products that you find tough to remove!!
If you have product build up - or are finding it hard to remove wax from your hair - you need to employ a technique called dry washing. Simply put - apply your shampoo to DRY hair and massage in. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse. This technique breaks down any product build up or tough to remove product.
Easy!!

Do you rinse with cold water or warm water...? Then should you wash your hair again 'normally' or not?

It's really personal choice - on both counts. I would suggest rinsing with warm water - I tend to only use cold water to add shine at the end of a wash. As you have already shampooed your hair you don't need to wash it again - but I imagine most people will as washing before wetting is a slightly alien concept! Entirely up to you - but let us know what you find works well and we will post it here!

bit worrying when one of the members of staff is having to ask questions!

I was only asking the question so as to clarify the instructions.
Though as I am only the 'Head of Design' surely I could be forgiven for not knowing everything about formulations, usage and 'tricks of the trade' like this one which Nicky learned direct from the hairdressers at Fish.
And if you don't ask questions, you won't learn anything :-)
