Introduction
OK - I have the dubious of honour of having TWO blogs under my control - so the introduction for this may seem familiar - I've cheated and copied some of the info from my community blog!
My name's Nicky and I am the Customer Care Manager for all the KMI brands. I've been with the company for 4 years now - and have been in customer service for over 10 years. It's fair to say that I love my job - largely because I get to talk to people all day - and people who know me will verify the fact that I love to talk!
But don't panic - this isn't a new approach to our customer care. I won't be sharing your personal problems with the world (unless you want me to!) - please still contact me at care@shave.com - but I will be sharing useful tips, interesting issues and amusing anecdotes (yes, shaving can be funny!) It's simply another way for us to share our shaving know how with you. And you might even teach me a thing or two along the way.
We are new to this blogging lark - so be patient with us! Hopefully though, this will prove to be informative and interesting - but I'm sure you'll tell us if not!!
